Pittsburgh, Pennsylania is known as the "steel city," but almost eight decades bofore Pittsburgh was a major center for glass production.  The location of three rivers provided an abundant source of sand, the major ingredience in make glass.  Today, Pittsburgh is still a major producer of glass in the US.  1st trumpet's highest note is F.  All clarinets play above the break.
