This is a jazzy rigtime song that has only whole, half, and quarter notes.  It is a great song to hand soon after the ensemble has started to practice together.  You can introduce very easy syncopation with the quarter note/half note/quarter note rhythm.   Clarinets do not cross the break.  1st trumpet's highest note is C.  Students have a great time stomping their feet at designated times.
